John Stainton is an Australian film and television producer and director well known for his work with the late Steve Irwin and The Crocodile Hunter productions. John provided this gift with the aim to establish a bursary to assist students in the Film, Screen and Entertainment Industries courses to undertake an international real world learning experience. The bursary aims to support a student with an opportunity to learn about different cultures, establish an international network and enhance their career prospects in their final year of undergraduate study.
