Established in 1979, Sunraysia Institute of TAFE also known as SuniTAFE is a provider of vocational education and training in north-west Victoria. The Institute enrols more than 4500 students annually, in over 200 courses, over 25 different industries. A vast choice of programs is offered, including certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas, apprenticeships, traineeships, short courses and specialised industry training. Courses are delivered through four regional campuses - Mildura, Swan Hill, Horsham and Robinvale. Students leave SuniTAFE may get credits towards associate degrees offered by selected Universities. SuniTAFE has over 200 staff including experienced and qualified tutors and industry experts. SuniTAFE staff assess work, answer questions and provide guidance and encouragement. Student Support Services personnel are also on hand to offer support.
