Established in 1978, Airways Aviation is a Registered Training Organisation located at the Gold Coast and Caloundra Airports. It is one of the largest combined flying schools in Australia offering students both Helicopter and Fixed Wing flight training for domestic and international students. Additionally the Hendra, Brisbane centre houses a B737-800 FTD-1 EASA and CASA certified flight simulator. Airways Aviation is approved to issue successful students with AQF Diploma qualifications for Commercial Pilot Courses, along with a wide variety of non-accredited ratings and aircraft endorsements.
