Course Details

This course is designed to provide knowledge and skills in managing projects, project teams and stakeholders in professional organisations. It addresses both the foundational and advanced concepts and methodologies of project management and provides educational opportunities and pathways for advanced study. This course will enable you to develop a career in project management by equipping you with the essential cognitive and technical skills to effectively plan and execute projects. The course will produce project managers capable of managing constraints in time, cost and quality, as well as social, political and environmental challenges. It draws on the Project Management Body of Knowledge which is the international benchmark and framework upon which the practice of project management is based.

Qualification: Master Degree (By Coursework)

Course structure: 144 credit points of study. The program will consist of 48 credit points (4 units) of core project management units and 96 credit points (8 units) of core advanced discipline units.
