Course Details

The world has always counted on organizations to drive positive change. They rely on inspiring and insightful leaders to make that change possible. These leaders uncover opportunities to do things differently, consider sustainable ways to make that shift and empower teams of people to be a part of the progress. This program equips you with the expertise to deliver targeted, collaborative and insightful change projects - both as an innovative thinker and an inspiring leader. You will develop the tools, methods and skills needed to understand, design, implement and evaluate change projects at both the behavioural and systemic level. Guided by experts from the Monash Sustainable Development Institute, you will apply these methods and skills to address a range of challenges facing individuals, organizations, and society today.
