Master of Leadership and Management in Education


Course Details

The Master of Leadership and Management in Education program is focused on exposing students to innovative research and practice in the leadership, management and administration of educational institutions. Taught by experienced practitioners and active researchers in the field, this program explicitly integrates theory and practice to enable graduates to apply the latest research to refine and improve practice in their own contexts.

Qualification: Master Degree (By Coursework)

Course structure: The Master of Leadership and Management in Education is an AQF Level 9 Masters Coursework qualification. To qualify for the Master of Leadership and Management in Education students must successfully complete 80 units of study consisting of a combination of 40 units of core courses, and 40 units of selected courses from the directed list. Students must only complete courses that form part of the program and must not complete more than 80 units.

Many alumni of the program have been successful in gaining promotion and/or admission to doctoral study.
