Course Details
The Monash LLM is designed for law graduates wanting to develop in-depth knowledge of a particular legal area, or to advance their professional expertise in a current area of practice. You will gain advanced professional skills and knowledge of law developments, practice and scholarship of one or more areas of law. This course provides you with a springboard from which to launch or further a career in one of the many fields of law that are open to trained lawyers. The Monash LLM enhances your capacity to undertake independent research, and provides options for a pathway to doctoral studies.
Qualification: Master Degree (By Coursework)
Course structure: The course is structured in four parts:; Part A. Introduction to Australian Law.; Part B. Law Core Units.; Part C. Extending specialist knowledge electives.; Part D. Law research and knowledge.
