Course Details

The Master of Information Technology is a broad, flexible and technical information technology Masters degree. The program provides graduates with training and experience (according to personal development needs) by developing expertise in desired fields. The Master of Information Technology (MIT) program is designed to cater to both those who currently work in the industry but have no formal qualification and those with tertiary qualifications in another discipline and little information technology background but who wish to gain a qualification that will allow them to pursue an IT career.

Qualification: Master Degree (By Coursework)

Course structure: Students complete 160 units comprised of 80 units of core courses and 80 units of directed courses. Students who wish to complete a specialisation will instead complete 80 units of core courses, 40 units of compulsory courses and 40 units of directed courses.
