Course Details

The Master of Information Technology (Information Systems Development) involves an in-depth study of the implementation and application of IT, including how to effectively manage the organisational, economic, regulatory and socio-technical issues that may arise. This degree is suitable for those with and without an IT background seeking to develop the fundamental skills required to work in the sector, or to undertake a management role in which an understanding of IT implementation is essential. The information systems development specialisation will provide you with the knowledge and skills to use various tools, techniques, frameworks and methodologies in the process of information systems development. You will also develop an understanding of emerging technologies and security mechanisms used in the implementation of services.
