Course Details

A Master of Global Project Management develops expertise in the running of complex projects on an international scale, from beginning to end, on time and on budget. Typically studied full time over 18 months, this course focuses on all relevant processes, including industry standards, planning, budgeting and execution in practical situations. During this course, you will be exposed to industry standards while completing various case studies, giving you an opportunity to further develop knowledge and understanding of project management processes. Each subject has a particular emphasis on projects with a global aspect including learning how to effectively manage projects with international stakeholders. The skills you will learn in this in-person or online project management master’s degree are in demand in a wide variety of fields including IT, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, natural resources, education, commerce, and research and development. You can enter or exit with a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma of Global Project Management.

Qualification: Master Degree (By Coursework)

Course structure: This course comprises of 12 subjects, which includes eight core subjects and four elective subjects. Each subject involves 10 hours of study per week, comprising three hours of facilitated study and seven hours self-directed study.
