Course Details
This program is designed for students with a science background who wish to deepen their knowledge in food science and technology. It's also for engineers who want to move into food science with a science-based perspective. Students have the opportunity to undertake an extensive research project.
Qualification: Master Degree (By Coursework)
Course structure: Students must complete 96UOC of courses to be eligible for the degree, and must complete: At least 18UOC of research-based courses (at least 12UOC of which must be advanced research-completion courses) At least a further 24UOC of advanced disciplinary courses.
