Master of Engineering - Electrical Power (LMEL)


Course Details

In the Master of Engineering (Electrical Power) students study advanced topics in electrical power systems, such as the operation and control of modern power systems; renewable and distributed energy generation; and advanced modelling of electrical machines. Incorporating strong theoretical teaching, experience-based learning and modern facilities, this degree offers the ideal academic blend for graduates to meet the challenges of modern enterprise. Learning is supported by world-class engineering research and industry experience to help advance expertise and career opportunities.

Qualification: Master Degree (By Coursework)

Course structure: 72 units comprising of 45 units of courses including an 18 unit minor thesis, and 27 units of elective courses of which at least 9 units must be in the chosen specialisation.
