Master of Creative Music Therapy

Course Details

This program provides an excellent opportunity for graduates to enter the field of music therapy. The course assumes an appropriate level of musical competency and experience when the student is admitted, and seeks to build on this in developing music therapy practitioners. The aim of the course is to train musicians in the specialisation of creative music therapy.

Qualification: Master Degree (By Coursework)

Course structure: 120 credit points

The audition process is the performance of two contrasting pieces of music, some simple ear tests and an improvisation task. Bring any relevant material to the audition, such as portfolio of compositions. International applicants who are unable to attend the audition should submit a DVD demonstrating musical proficiency.
