Course Details

This dual degree from Torrens University delivers knowledge in both Business and Global Project Management, preparing you to take on demanding management roles and complex projects, employ leadership and drive strategy. It is designed to improve the cognitive, technical and creative talents used to tackle business in a global context while developing skills needed to complete projects. The MBA part of this degree will develop your ability to make effective decisions in a global context. You will develop strong business acumen which will help you to lead people, teams and businesses. The Master of Global Project Management part will provide you with the skills to manage complex stakeholders and projects from planning to completion to achieve project outcomes. This course consists of eight core MBA subjects and eight core Master of Global Project Management subjects.

Course structure: This course comprises of 16 core subjects. Each subject involves 10 hours of study per week, comprising 3 hours of facilitated study and 7 hours self-directed study.
