Course Details

The Master of Art Curatorship has been taught at the University of Melbourne for nearly 30 years. This comprehensive program incorporates theoretical, historical and practical study units that focus on the changing role of art museums and arts organizations in collecting, interpreting and exhibiting art. Qualification: Master Degree (By Coursework)

Course structure: 200 point program (2 years full-time or part-time equivalent); 50 points of Compulsory subjects50 points of Foundation subjects (to be completed in the first 100 points); Minimum 50 points of Core subjects (with a maximum 100 points); Maximum 50 points of Elective subjects.
