The Graduate Certificate in Accounting provides an understanding of the framework and fundamental principles of the accounting industry. The program is ideal for those with a qualification in a non-accounting discipline wishing to gain additional skills in accounting and finance. The program offers an opportunity to develop the basic statistical and numerical literacy skills required for data analysis in economics, finance and business management. The skills developed will assist students in finding employment within accounting and/or finance in private and public organisations nationally and internationally. This qualification is also ideal for students who are seeking accreditation with the professional accounting bodies in Australia.
