Contemporary podiatrists need to manage diagnostic uncertainty and be skilled at interprofessional collaboration and referrals. Building on an undergraduate degree in foundational sciences, a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine entry to practice qualification will enable graduates to deliver evidence-based care to people with complex health needs, with leadership and management skills enabling proficient use of limited health resources.

Qualification: Doctor Degree (By Coursework)

Course structure: The integrated curriculum is delivered over three years and develops across five themes: personal and professional development; population, society and health; fundamental knowledge for working as a podiatrist within the biopsychosocial model of health sciences; applied practice; and research. These themes are interwoven throughout the course.
