Course Details

The Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Industrial and Organizational Psychology is a combined course offering a full four year program of doctoral research with the Master of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. The masters component includes nine coursework units, and 1000 hours of practical placement spread over three settings. Industrial and Organizational Psychology is a specialist area that applies psychological knowledge and skills to workplaces with the aim of improving organizational effectiveness and the quality of work life. The specialty focuses on deriving principles of individual, group and organizational behaviour and applying this knowledge to the solution of problems at work.
