Course Details

The Diploma in Health Sciences requires 1 year of full-time study (or the equivalent part time). The course is offered by the College of Nursing and Health Sciences. The course articulates with the 72 unit Associate Degree in Health Sciences and the 108 unit Bachelor of Health Sciences, and the sequentially developed topics enable progression through the awards. The course is also available as an exit award from the following courses, subject to meeting the requirements in the Program of Study below Bachelor of Health Sciences Associate Degree in Health Sciences

Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Pass)

Course structure: Students will develop the ability to critically approach new challenges in contemporary healthcare and be equipped to enter the workforce in a variety of health-related sectors. This degree also prepares you for further study in a health-related discipline, for example the Associate Degree in Health Sciences or the Bachelor of Health Sciences, which articulate directly with the Diploma in Health Sciences.
