Course Details

Gain the skills for a management career in sports, physical recreation or outdoor adventure, with a Bachelor of Sport Management at Victoria University. You will learn the techniques of management and their application to the sport and physical recreation industries, including: planning human resource management finance leadership marketing performance evaluation. Course structure: To attain the Bachelor of Sport Management, students will be required to complete 288 credit points (equivalent to 24 units) consisting of: 96 credit points of First Year core units 192 credit points of core units

The course enables graduates to enter a broad range of administrative, management, and professional-support positions in governing bodies, sport clubs, sport facilities, sport events, local government, and community welfare agencies or to gain employment in the fields of outdoor adventure, adventure sports, outdoor education, and corporate training.
