With its combination of chemistry, analytical sciences and chemical engineering, this course will put you at the forefront of technology development that could change the world. Youll work on product innovation, from the laboratory through to large-scale production, with a focus on efficient industrial processes to use less energy and produce less waste.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Honours)

Course structure: 480 credit points

Graduates are employed in a range of chemical industries in Australia, typically in the areas of oil and gas, food, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, agricultural chemicals and polymers. In the process design sector, RMIT graduates typically work on developing production processes from the lab to large-scale. They will be well placed to take leading roles in the development and commercialisation of new chemical products.
