The Bachelor of Property is a unique course designed to develop your property skills within a broad business context. You will develop a working knowledge and understanding of property law, contract law, business finance, property economics, property and asset management, construction and property investment and finance. In addition, you have the option to tailor your studies and complement your property knowledge by choosing to major in financial planning. The financial planning major is accredited by the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA), allowing you to pursue a career as a financial planner.
