Course Details
The Bachelor of Information Technology (Professional Practice) is Federation's premier co-operative degree, with a long history of providing students with successful placements with key industry partners including IBM®, and more recently Kyndryl and Westpac. Develop an understanding of delivering large scale and complex IT projects, through a combination of study and practical industry experience, and mandatory career development units including a minimum of 60 days of paid placement through Federation Co-op.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Pass)
Course structure: This course consists of 360 credit points. Industry experience is a key and compulsory component of this degree. You will complete 20 core units and 4 specialisation electives as well as undertake valuable experience in your chosen profession, with 60 days of paid placement through our Co-operative Model (with IBM and/or other industry sponsor). All students must complete specified industry experience in order to successfully complete the course.
