Course Details

Develop the skills and knowledge and understanding to become a qualified secondary school health and physical education teacher with Deakins Bachelor of Health and Physical Education. Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Pass)

Course structure: Students complete 32 credit points over 4 years including 80 days of supervised professional experience; Students must additionally complete an Emergency First Aid Certificate (Level 2) and AUSTSWIM qualifications prior to graduation.

All students must satisfy requirements of a Working With Children Check before being permitted to undertake school experience placements in Victorian schools.
