Course Details

This combined program will provide you with the skills to analyse the forces within a structure and to design its skeleton to support these forces, complemented by the conceptual and aesthetic essential of the design process. If you are passionate about architectural and structural engineering design and want to become a professional who can work fluidly across these two areas, then this program is right for you.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Honours)

Course structure: Credit points 240

Practical experience: A minimum of 800 hours of clinical and practical workplace experience is undertaken during the course. Placements are organised in acute hospital environments, mental health and community health facilities, primary care and regional and rural settings. Students will also learn in clinical simulation laboratories. They may have the opportunity to undertake an overseas clinical placement during the final semester. Students will need to cover the related costs of this placement.
