Course Details

The Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronic) (Honours) - 4 years requires 4 years of full-time study (or the equivalent part-time). The course specialisation is offered by the College of Science and Engineering.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Pass)

Course structure: In the first year, students complete core topics in electronics, professional skills, engineering design, engineering programming, engineering physics and materials, engineering mechanics, and mathematics. In the second year, students have a choice of 4 majors: Advanced Electrical Engineering, Advanced Electronic Engineering, Computer and Network Systems, and Electronic Systems and Security. Students complete a 20-week industry placement in the third year and a research project in the fourth year.
