Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Honours)

Course structure: To complete the Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours)/Bachelor of Property and Real Estate, students must attain 40 credit points. Course requirements for both the Bachelor of Property and Real Estate (M348) and the Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) (S346) must be satisfied.

Delivery is at both campuses and students will be required to undertake units of study from both the Geelong Waterfront Campus and the Melbourne Burwood Campus. This course is not available to international students.
