Course Details

The Bachelor of Circus Arts aims to equip you with a broad body of knowledge and skills through immersive and experiential practice-based studies in contemporary circus arts. Our student-centred approach to learning through the conservatoire model aims to help you develop the knowledge and abilities necessary to become a confident and autonomous circus arts performer.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Pass)

Course structure: Successful completion of the Bachelor of Circus Arts requires students to complete units of study to the value of 300 credit points. All units of study are valued at 12.5 credit points unless otherwise stated.

The contact hours in the Bachelor of Circus Arts are higher than other degrees because of the intensive education process. The acquisition and performance of circus skills require continual repeated practice in order to achieve and maintain the level of fitness, conditioning, strength and technical expertise required to meet international standards of excellence.
