Effective managers adeptly navigate challenges, inspire team members, strategically utilise resources and make socially responsible decisions to drive success. The management major provides you with a multifaceted learning experience, offering opportunities to understand and optimise business processes, explore the intricacies of sustainability and social responsibility in corporate contexts, and master the art of leading people. You will gain hands-on experience when you participate in a capstone project, ensuring a well-rounded and experiential understanding of management. Plus, you have the option of applying for an internship to gain valuable experience whilst receiving credit towards your degree.
